Acceptance of Terms: By using the MURSHEED mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
User Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By registering an account, users confirm that they are of legal age.
User Conduct: Users agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of the App or violation of these terms may result in termination of the user’s account.
Service Availability: The availability of guides and drivers on the App may vary based on location and demand. Tourists understand and accept that availability is not guaranteed.
Booking and Payment: Tourists agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for tours and transportation services booked through the App. Payments are processed securely through the App’s payment gateway.
Feedback and Reviews: Tourists, guides, and drivers may provide feedback and reviews about their experiences. Users agree to provide honest and respectful feedback, and understand that reviews may be visible to other users.
Privacy Policy:
Information Collection: The App collects personal information such as name, email address, and payment details to facilitate bookings and payments. This information is securely stored and used only for the purposes outlined in this policy.
Information Usage: Personal information is used to facilitate communication between tourists, guides, and drivers, as well as for billing and account management purposes.
Information Sharing: Personal information may be shared with guides and drivers for the purpose of facilitating tours and transportation services booked through the App. Information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Security: The App employs industry-standard security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
User Consent: By using the App, users consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information as outlined in this policy.
Refund Policy:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be provided in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellation by Tourist: Refunds for tours or transportation services may be provided if canceled within the specified cancellation period.
Cancellation by Guide or Driver: In the event of cancellation by the guide or driver, tourists may be entitled to a full refund or alternative arrangements, depending on availability.
Refund Process: To request a refund, tourists must contact customer support with their booking details. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Delivery Policy & Method:
Service Delivery: Tours and transportation services booked through the App are delivered in person by guides and drivers at the agreed-upon time and location.
Communication: Tourists can communicate with guides and drivers through the App’s messaging feature to coordinate meeting points and other details.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by Tourist: Tourists may cancel bookings through the App within the specified cancellation period without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees may apply for cancellations made outside of the specified period.
Cancellation by Guide or Driver: In the event of cancellation by the guide or driver, tourists will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered, as applicable.
No-Show Policy: Tourists who fail to show up for a booked tour or transportation service without canceling in advance may be charged a no-show fee.
Termination of Account: The App reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent behavior.
